Stitched out great it was only 20 minutes to sew out and turned out great

There was a few faults with the item. When I first purchased it the download did not have the sizes so I had to reach out to get that fixed. I needed to have done it at that time and didn’t hear back from them for hours. Once I did the design, the stitching was messed up on several areas. I informed them of the issues and still have not heard anything back. The gift is now late and not done properly.
